Rev. Dale Jones, Jr.

​Dale Jones has been serving as Lead Pastor here at Dexter First Assembly since June 2022.  Dale is a graduate of Central Bible College with degrees in Biblical Studies and Music Education.  He is also a CPE certified, trained chaplain and is currently on staff at Elara Caring Hospice in this role. 
In 29 years of fulltime ministry, Dale has served as youth pastor, associate pastor, worship pastor and lead pastor.  His passion for music has also afforded him many opportunities to direct choirs and orchestras, oversee music productions, and teach students.  His pursuit of excellence in all areas of ministry is an attitude he hopes to instill in those he serves as it his firm belief that God deserves our very best. 
Having grown up and graduated high school here in Dexter before pursuing the call of God on his life, Dale is both excited and humbled that God has brought him full circle back to his roots.  He has a genuine heart for people and a desire to connect with those in the community.
In his spare time Dale enjoys traveling, entertaining, and of course all things Christmas!
